The "new look" library, since the late 1980s to early 1990s, begin with a reorganization of the Dewey Decimal system. John Dewey, best known for not having really defeated Harry Truman on the cover of the Chicago Tribune, encoded the library cataloging system, also his numeration is the basis of Microsoft Access. 100.000 used to be the catalog number of the Bible, but the county took that book out and the first two top shelves to the entryway left are now kicked off with a neologist book on number theory. It's one of the Neveau psychological ones that talks about numbers having colors, as if that was even meaningful. The first three numbers are separated by partition for a reason, it's correlated with the description of the big bang in a book called "The First Three Minutes" by Werner Heisenberg. As Beverly used to say, "This is like the preacher's debate about an explosion in a print shop resulting in the Bible, but in reverse."
