After the second half of the one hundreds, religion begins in 200 for about three sides of the long shelves. Religion ends at 292, Mythology. About half of the religion books are on Christianity, Judaism has the next most titles. Both Hinduism and its offshoot, Buddhism, have collections of about the same number of titles as Judaism. The apportioned shelves in the library which have been allocated to spirituality and religious writings are more than one. There is a section on "Bible", which you might find useful if you are searching for the origins of comparative religion. The section on Bible in the local library doesn't have any bibles in it, the Bibles are found in the lower numbers of the Christianity shelves. Note that several other religions also have separate space allocations. This fact supports the widely held belief that only the Bible is really a religious book, and that other alleged religions are actually perspectivist heresies on the basis of reading, secondhand written commentary, or the products of fantasy minded daydreamers who pay only marginal amounts of attention in church.
