Plagiarism is incepted by pledging without good faith. It is a civil crime, and the state parallel of a religious blasphemy charge. Blasphemy is a Greek word, defined in its English context as "violating the letter and spirit of the Second Commandment". This is found in Exodus chapter 22. Plagiarism is also closely related to slander and libel. Technically, any false swearing of an oath, followed by a lifestyle within the oathbound society, is plagiarism, which is more of a lifestyle than a literary crime, although it is tried on the basis of scribal evidence. Plagiarism is very similar to identity theft. It includes the misattribution of direct quotations. The lifestyle of the individual plagiarist is identical to that of the spy, mole, insurgent, secret agent or defector in place, in fact that is what the plagiarist does, he is not always an author in print who begins his criminal career by infringing a known copyright.
