While searching for proportional completeness in your rational arithmetic and in your timekeeping, it's important to note that the real meaning of the word "metaphysics", for the description of all that is beyond physics, is that it is beyond the terrestrial sphere, off the Earth, and outside of its atmosphere, in other words "metaphysics" is the word for anything extraterrestrial. Metaphysics doesn't mean religion precisely, it is not the study of the soul, the spirituality, or morality, it is a word used to describe anything "out there" past the gravitational mass upon which you stand at night as you practice astronomy, which is specifically the observation and charting of the stars.

There is more certainly in the night sky than distant stars, and Ptolemy's classic observations are of Mars.
